I was excited about this product after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Mine didn't work well on hardwood or on the carpets. The only thing that seemed to work well was the "hand vac." Thank goodness Sam's Warehouse has a great return policy. I took it back. I'm now looking for something better.
