Customer Review: This vacuum sucks...in a great way!

After a lengthy research phase, I decided to go with the Electrolux Oxygen. I did so for a number of reasons:
- I've used bagless vacuums in the past and one thing was constant: there would be particulates in the air that the bagless vacs could not contain. Also, unless you take a bagless outside when you empty it, you're going to let dust back in your home.
- The s-bags for the Electrolux Oxygen close shut when you take it out, so it's a lot better for my household. We're all fairly sensitive to dust and allergens.
- Other reviews have mentioned that it's quiet. After using it, they're not kidding. I have 2 cats who are generally startled by, well, everything. The first time I turned this vacuum on, they both just turned their heads and watched.
After using it for two weeks, I am glad I spent the money. The suction is really good. I've heard that other companies make vacs that have more suction, but I'd be hard pressed to need more suction than this. My house is cleaner, and I've actually gotten a lot of enjoyment out of cleaning. All of my cat fur-laden furniture now looks practically new thanks to the upholstery attachment. Finally, the unit looks really good. I mean, really, really good. It's not as techy looking as the Dysons of the world, but it has a classy look.
