I find this vacuum cleaner as good as any, probably better than most. Easy to use, many features that are handy. Getting the "refurb" saved a few hundred dollars! When it arrived it clearly was a repack, but, it has not a scratch and seems to work perfectly. I wish vacuum cleaners were quieter - the only quiet ones I found in my research seemed to have a lot less suction power (mainly only useful for hard floors). Sigh.Customer Review: Great vacuum

This vacuum gets up everything. You need to be strong as it will pull you across the room!! Love the attachments; got all the dog hair off of my sofa. Had to get used to a canister but it rolls along nicely behind me and I can easily pick it up when going around corners from room to room.Customer Review: buy it u will be happy you did

I've had this vaccum for over 3 years and generally have been pleased with it. I really like the way the exhuast air is dispersed so it does not kick up dirt where you haven't vaccumed yet. My only complaint is haveing to replace the telescoping wand for $50 after 3 years. I like this vacuum very much - it REALLY cleans carpets well. I have
a dog and two cats and hair can be a problem but it disappears quickly
with the Electrolux. My only complaint is that the vacuum is heavy -
the power head as well. You get a workout carrying it around the house.
